Before I blog about Chingay, I must mention about the stupid bug that cost my sleep last night! Was happily sleeping when the bug invaded my room and since 3am, I've been busy scratching (went to bed @ abt 1am only!) until I on my lights @ 4 & to my horror my fingers were ALL swollen. PIG TROTTERS YOU KNOW!

Swollen red itchy and painful and I couldn't get to sleep anymore.

The identity of the bug is still unknown. I WANT TO EXTERMINATE ITS CLAN!!/

Have been going to RJC every saturday for Chingay training which I think is hardly of any relevance to the actual event haha.

So on the 15th& 16th, we headed down to Padang for the preview& actual event itself. It was totally screwed up on Friday, for no reason they refused to release us and want us to remain in position when there is nobody already. That was like 11 plus pm, with us feeling all hungry and worried over the last train and finally @ 12 plus am, we were released -.-

BUT anyway, it was super fun and cool on Sat!! Our area has no crowd to control and we were like more of entertainers! We blew whistle to create atmosphere, clapped, cheered and Hi-5ed with the performers! Then we even went on a parade along the entire street doing cheers. The ang mohs were like so entertained by us!

It was a great experience overall, and I like my group hoho! All super fun- loving and on.

Another another great thing was that Tulip was discharged on Wed! Hope the pain will go off soon ;-)
